Welcome to Settle & Soar
A Grounded Approach to Healing
At Settle & Soar, we believe healing happens in the space between grounding and growth —between learning to feel safe in the body and daring to reach for what’s next.
Founded by a Psychologist and a mental health Occupational Therapist, our practice brings together complementary perspectives to offer truly holistic care. We recognise that healing is not only about understanding thoughts and emotions, but about reconnecting with the body, rebuilding safety, and restoring trust in yourself.
Our work is gentle, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace, history, and nervous system.
Healing happens in the space between grounding and growth – between learning to feel safe in the body and daring to reach for what’s next.
